Steve McIntyre and Climate Fraudit

As is well known McIntyre was the "strategic advisor" to the Canadian oil and gas company CGX unitl 2003. The basic strategies of McIntyre seem straight out of the Exxon handbook on how to handle tricky environmental questions.( see the Exxon Valdez). So what connection is there between the best funded anti environment organisation on the planet and CGX. Extensive googling seems to reveal only one book "The Race for Fisheries and Hydrocarbons in the Caribbean Basin: The Barbados- Trinidad and Tobago Maritime Dispute, Regional Delimitation "by Clifford Griffin that connects the two , and the only oil field connecting the two is one on the Surinum Guyana border. This oilfield was under dispute until late last year.
